Introduction

VSI Series vertical shaft impact crusher is best suited to produce high quality cubical products, pre-milling and to generate ample fines. Vertical Shaft Impact crusher uses two special crushing method rock on rock and stone on rock crushing method, which employs a high speed rotor with crushing chamber of the equipment.

VSI Series vertical shaft impact crushers are not only used for round out angle of aggregate to improve shape of grain and crushing basalt, pebble, andesine, granite etc into manufactured sand by dry method. The material to be crushed is fed into machine from the feed opening of top, and fall down onto the central section of rotor rotating with high speed. Then it is thrown out with high speed by the strong centrifugal force of rotor, colliding with the impacting plate and crushed.

Structure Features

Advanced and reliable dual pump oil supply lubrication system ensures the low tempeture of the main bear,long service life,reliable operation,extended maintenance period . Equipped with the high-precision imported rolling bear,main bear have experienced better operation stability and extended service life.The hydraulic uncap assembly which make the maintenance easier and more convenient.

VSI sand making machine(crusher machine) has been equipped with the indication and alarm equipment for the excess vibration. So if the excess vibration occurs,it will give off the alarm. With unique dust-free design, main bear will completely not let the dust enter the bear lubrication,which can ensure the normal function .With unique feeding crushing structure,it can realize the conversion between the feeding at center and feeding both at center and sides,which can meet requirements of various clients .It have realized the process of stone to stone and stone to iron and also the shaping and crushing of the sand.Optimized polishing head and its alloy shape improve the metal usage and extend the service life .
