And now it can be used to crush the materials with the Mohs hardness less than 7 degree such as Cement, calcite, phosphate rock, gypsum, graphite, glass, manganese, titanium, copper, chromium ore, refractories, insulation materials, coke, coal, carbon black, clay, bone meal, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, Quartz, etc.And it can also be used to the high fine powder-making in over 300 kinds of non-flammable and explosive materials with moisture lower 6% such as the field of Mining, construction, chemicals, fertilizer.

Structure Features

1)Low investment cost:with the same fineness condition, the air mill features little investment cost and short recycle period.

2)High precison: the stable, complete grading special seal measure prevents the leaking of the fine froducts with the range of 800—12000 monyh.

3)Low wearing part consumption:the crushing wearing piece and the impeller mainly adopts the German technology.And also the optimized cavity structure and the abrasion-resistance susceptible materials, which can ensure the lowest wearing parts consumption and the highest purity. with the same fineness of the materials, its wearing parts’ service life is longer than the compact and turbine crusher, which can be over one years.

4)Reasonable structure:it features multi-function and can be used as crushing articles and can also be independently used as graded machine application.Besides, it can also be used seriesly to the graded machine and can achieve 1-3 particle size particles, which can form the closed or open work with other crushing equipemnt, thus realizing the one machine and multi-function .

5)Trustworthy security : there is no rolling bearing and bolt in the mill chamber, therefore, the bearing and sealing elements will not wear out easily, and the bolts will not loose to make damage to the equipment.

6)High fineness : the final fineness can reach D97≤5um.

7)High capacity : the capacity of SCM series super-micro mill, campared with that of jet mill and mixing mill, has been improved by 45% under the same final fineness and electric power .

8)Clean and environment-friendly:the adoption of the pulse dust catcher and muffler have reduced the dust and noise pollution, which have reached the national environmental standard .
