MEG heavy-duty feeders are backed by years of service-proven performance in the mining, quarrying, recycling, aggregates, cement industries.
Vibrating feeders are necessary under the condition where we need to deliver a constant flow of dry ore moist fractions of rock and minerals. Ranging from the extra heavy-duty stationary models to the most flexible feeders for mobile applications, MEG's vibrating feeder offers minimum downtime and maximum tonnage for thousands of installations around the world. Generally vibrator feeder is categorized by the size of feed material, apron feeder being the solution to primary feeding application.
Designed with the advanced polarization principle and best materials, MEG vibratory feeders run continuously with any hard and abrasive materials. MEG vibratory feeder is featured with a rugged yet flexible design, extra heavy-duty construction, exclusive vibrator technology and ease-of field-changes in grizzly opening and deck-slope and is widely used in metallurgical industry, coal mining, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.
This kind of Vibrating feeder features stable vibrating, reliable function, long service life, low noise & energy consumption, better adjustment and no punching phenomenon. It’s vibrating motor adopts the principle of calibration exciter and has the advantages of convenient maintenance, small volume, and no pollution with closed machine body.
With simple structure, convenient operation, no lubrication, and low energy consumption, this kind of vibrating feeder can evenly adjust the mining amount and that’s also the reason why it can win the extensive application. And it is usually aopplied in the soft and loosely materials .According to the requirements of the equipment performance, the designer should consider reducing pressure the materials give to the tanks. In coordination with the factory’s requirements, the valid discharge opening of the bins should below the one fourth of the groove width, with materials’ flow speed within the limit of 6-18m/min .For some bigger materials, the discharge opening of the bit bottom should set a high enough ore blocker board .For no influence to feeder’s performance, the board should not be fixed on the tanks .And to ensure the fluent discharging, the inclination of the bin’s backwall should better within the range of 55-65 degree. With stable vibrating, reliable function, long service life, it can change and control the flow at any times .It’s vibrating motor adopts the principle of calibration exciter with the advantages of low noise & energy consumption, better adjustment and no punching phenomenon.
