MEG has abundant experiences in designing, production, installation and commissioning of crushing line.

MEG not only provides the main crushing equipments, such as various Crushers, Belt Conveyors, Feeders, but also the quality framing-members and unitized solutions. MEG's framing- member adopts advanced cutting, welding, sand blasting and anticorrosion treatment, which make sure everywhere of the crushing line is perfect, even a screw.

Stone Crushing Plant used in:

In stone crushing plant, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they are transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then go through the stone shapping machine for getting cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out the suitable stone aggregate, while the unsuitable stones return to the crusher machine fro re-crushing.

Stone crusher equipment can be divided into quartz crusher, limestone crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, according to the chemical properties.

Accordint to the capacity, we design the different stone crushing plant:

40 -60 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + impact crusher (PF-1010) or cone crusher (HPC 160) + vibrating screen

80 - 120 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-600×900) + impact crusher (PF-1214) or cone crusher (CS 4 1/4) + vibrating screen

150 - 200 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-750×1060) + impact crusher (PF-1315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen

250 - 300 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + two impact crushers (PF-11315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen
